“My world came to a halt when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. From medical bills to my son’s school fees, the list was way too long to check off all by myself. But I could not just give up. Now, at 45, when I finish off stocking up the stores every day, I always remember how each new day offers us a chance to build something up again. My husband is a fighter, and so am I. And I hope, one day, we both come out as winners.”
