About Return Policy

      • We have 07 Days Return & Exchange Policy.
      • Purchased products in Domestic Orders can be returned within 07 days from delivery.
      • In case of International Orders the products are non-returnable.
      • We will have the product picked up from your end free of cost on orders above Rs. 1000/-.
      • Please return the product in its original condition, keeping the tags and packaging intact
      • Once we receive the product and the quality check is done, we will refund the amount to your Gatim Wallet. You can avail it any time for a purchase in the future.
        If the product fails in the quality check, we will be unable to accept the product for a return.
      • The exchanged product as asked by the customer can be provided only if the stock is available. In case of non-availability of the stock the customer can either choose a different product or the amount can be credited to the Gatim wallet.
      • In case a customer wants his or her damaged/wrong or defective product back, they have to bear the delivery charges.
      • If a customer wants to cancel the order, he/she can do the same by Emailing us at support@gatim.in or WhatsApp us at 8697952850 with information like the order number, and the picture product you want to return/exchange (From 10 AM to 7 PM, Mon to Sat). Any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher, Discount, or any other offer voucher) used for the canceled orders will not be refunded.
      • Gatim Fashions Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to alter any / all the Terms and Conditions
      • Terms are void where prohibited by law. The laws of India govern the terms and Conditions of the Voucher.
      • Any dispute between the GFPL and the Service Provider shall be resolved by mutual discussions between the authorized signatories. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may refer such dispute to a court of law located within the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata only.

                            About Exchange Policy

      • We have a 07 Days Exchange Policy.
      • To exchange your product for Domestic Orders, click on the return/exchange tab on gatim.in or WhatsApp us on 8697952850 with information like the order number, and the picture of the product you want to return/exchange. Please input your details and follow the instructions. You will be directed to your order, where you can make the exchange request and choose your product.
      • In case of the International Orders the exchange option is not applicable.
      • We will have the product picked up and exchanged free of cost on orders above Rs. 1000/-.
      • The first exchange will be free of cost, after that any exchange takes place on the same order then the customer will bear the shipping charges.
      • Once you log in to the exchange request, please pack the product and send us a picture of the product and package. Upon receiving the picture, we will immediately dispatch the new product.
